REVISED CHARGING SCHEME FOR ONSITE TESTING

Adjustments from 1 July 2024

We want to thank you for your continued loyalty and support for our onsite testing services. Your trust in our services has enabled us to grow and improve, and we're grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

As we announce a price increase to reflect our enhanced offerings and rising costs, we appreciate your understanding and continued support. Your partnership is crucial to our success, and we're committed to delivering the highest quality services to justify your investment.

Please take note that from 1 July 2024, with reference to Pages 2 and 4 of our Anchor Testing Policy, the pricing structure of our onsite testing services will be revised, along with other changes as follows:

1. Normal Operating Hours – from $600 to S$650 per test slot

  • Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • 0930hrs to 1730hrs
  • 2 hours per test slot

2. Overtime Hours - from $300 to S$450 per hour

  • Any request for testing slot outside of the normal operating hours will be considered as overtime.
  • Minimum 2 hours
  • After 1st 2 hours, any additional time will result in a charge of S$225 per half hour or any part thereof.

3. All Onsite Test requests received on 1 July 2024 and onwards will be chargeable at the revised rates.

4. Scheduled bookings whose requests were made before 1 July 2024 will still be at existing rates.
