It is with great pride that Hilti Singapore was awarded the accolade of one of the Aon Hewitt Best Employers 2015 for Singapore. Since 2001, Aon Hewitt has examined the differences between organizations that achieved Best Employers status and the remainder of organizations surveyed during the same period in the market. Aon Hewitt has identified four factors consistently present in Best Employers:
- High employee engagement
- A compelling employer brand
- Effective leadership
- A high performance culture
The independent study made by AON Hewitt is the most extensive study of its kind, basing on data collected from employee opinion survey, CEO interview and analytics from HR and Finance.
Hilti was among the 11 companies recognized in the 2015 Award Ceremony held on 27th February 2015. Other winners included; American Express, Bain & Co, Goodrich Global, Holiday Inn Hotel, Hongkong Land, Microsoft, McDonalds, Roche and Tan Tock Seng Hospital and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
